With a glossy surface on one side and a matte surface on the other, as well as a high range of serviceable temperatures, these Yellow Dibond Aluminium Composite panels are fully capable of meeting any signage requirement. Key Features: Sturdy Available in a variety of colours Exceptional workable temperature range Gloss finish on one side, matte finish on the other Can be used behind a kitchen hob / heat source (150mm minimum distance) Machinable Weather-proof Lightweight Non-Corrosive Impressive damage resistance Supplied with protective film on both sides BS 476 Part 7 Class 1 Fire Rating Also known as sandwich panel, each sheet of Dibond material consists of two thin sheets of aluminium coated over polyethylene. The two compliment each other and make up for each others short comings; for example Dibond sheets can be machined, nailed and screwed without running the risk of cracking, whilst most plastic sheets would. As a result of being light, machinable and cost effective, in addition to signage, aluminium composite sheets can also be used for cladding, roofing and constructing temporary structures. Please Note: Our current machines work to a tolerance of +/- 1mm. Please enter your requirements to the nearest whole mm. We may sometimes substitute Dibond for other aluminium composite sheets which have almost identical physical properties.
