The terms Flossing or Flossband were only recently known in Germany by a few athletes and therapists in the fields of powerlifting, weightlifting and cross-training, where athletes wrap or band their limbs. In collaboration with renowned sports physiotherapist Sven Kruse, we have developed these Flossbands with different levels of resistance and 3 different band widths, based on his EASYFLOSSING concept. During Flossing, the Flossband, about 2 m long, is tightly wrapped around the part of the body and joint being treated, with a thickness of 4 to 7 times that of a medium-sized exercise band. Flossing speeds up the recovery of various injuries and releases tissue adhesions. With different application options, the musculature is put under pressure using the Flossband.
